Youturn active rehabilitation is located just outside of Courtenay in beautiful Black Creek. We love helping people and through kinesiology and can help promote health and wellbeing. We can prevent, manage and rehabilitate injuries, treat illness and chronic disease, restore function and optimize human performance in the workplace, clinical settings, and activity.
