The Whalley Santa Cause operates in the City of Surrey. Started by Erica Jane Beckstead in 2011. She wanted to give back on Xmas Day by helping the homeless. So every year she collects donations of personal hygiene items and creates beautiful hampers and with all her volunteers. Then she hands them out to the homeless 2 blocks from where she lives on one of the most dangerous street in Surrey called, The Whalley Strip.
