United Rentals Completes Acquisition of WesternOne Rentals & Sales | United Rentals

STAMFORD, Conn. – November 30, 2018 – United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) today announced that United Rentals of Canada, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has completed the previously announced acquisition of WesternOne Rentals & Sales LP (“WesternOne”) for a cash purchase price of approximately $90.4 million (CA$120.0million). The transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the revenues or earnings of United Rentals.
