The Healthy Living Expo is Red Deer's premier event destination for health and wellness in Red Deer and central Alberta. This interactive show provides Exhibitors with a high energy environment to showcase their businesses to central Albertans in a unique format. Live demonstrations, surprise giveaways, and fitness challenges are just some of the many exciting activities that take place at this one day Expo. Happening annually on the third Saturday in January, this Expo features fitness centres, health professionals, wellness focused retailers, local craftsmen and producers and so much more. The Central Alberta Leadership in Health Awards are handed out from the Live Stage during the Healthy Living Expo and celebrate businesses and professionals that are making an impact on the health of the community.
