We are full time real estate professionals, Cathy since 2005 and David since 2007, in that time we have come to appreciate the complexities of buying and selling a home. In the 41 years that we have been married we have designed and built 4 homes and renovated many others so we can appreciate the small details as well as the larger issues involved with buying and selling. We have been a home owner through 22% interest rates as well as low, single digit interest rates. Low interest rates combined with steady market growth makes this a great time to make YOUR move! David served as a firefighter for 26 years and was involved with negotiations for contracts and grievance arbitrations. During this time he also ran a painting and renovating business, so he can see the potential of changes you can make have that house become your home. Cathy has her CNE®(Certified Negotiations Experts) designation & SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Along with her extensive service retail experience you can be assured all of your concerns will be taken care of to make your move as stress free as possible.
